Amsterdam UMC is the first healthcare provider to be affiliated with ICA (InterCompany Association): an umbrella corporate youth network.
In addition to Jong Amsterdam UMC, about fifty other corporate youth associations are affiliated with ICA, including those of Achmea, Shell, TNO, KLM, ING, PwC and Philips. ICA organizes weekly meetings devoted to personal and professional development.
